Delete my account

You can delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete my account) or here.

What happens: your account is locked immediately and you are signed out of all your devices. After 30 days, your personal data (name, phone, email, date of birth) is anonymised and your ID documents are deleted. Bookings and payments are kept anonymously for as long as accounting law requires.

Deletion isn’t possible during a confirmed or ongoing rental.
